Happy Kwanzaa!!!! How is everyone?? I know it's been a while. Hope all is well. Things are pretty cool with me. How was your Christmas? Mine was cool. I traveled back home to Cali to my mom's house. The house was pretty packed. I had a good time.

I'm home sick today with a small cold. I think I caught it at this holiday party I went to last Saturday night. I was going to go into work this morning...but while I was driving on the freeway, on my way to the office, feeling like crap - head throbing, body ache, coughing, sneezing - I called in and told the acting manager and and secretary I wont be in today. I hardly ever call off work, so I might as well call off and have some rest today. I went in yesterday, and that wasn't a good idea because I left work sicker than when I came in. Wasn't going to let that happen again.

I'm usually not that EXTRA excited about the new year coming. Excited, yes, but EXTRA excited - naaah...however, I am about this 2008. I don't have any new year plans as of yet but on Saturday my sister, I, and some more folks got some tickets to see JayZ. I haven't seen JayZ live since the Roc The Mic tour in 2003-2004. Should be fun.

Well let me go get some rest so that I can get well.
